Happy Valentine's Day!

Yesterday, Steve and the kids surprised Alina with decorated cards and a bouqet of colorful roses. Alina had a surprise up her sleeve for everyone, too. A chocolate bar for Elliott, yummy beer with fancy cheeses & bread for Steve and.... a crocheted pink hat for Rosemary.

When Alina arrived home, Elliott raced up the basement stairs.. "MOM! Mom! We made you a card! It's a surprise!" ha ha... so much for a surprise. Alina thought he was saying "car" but all was clear when we walked in the dining room to see the flowers & cards on the table.

Rosemary loves her new hat! The clip is detachable so once she has more hair, she can wear the clip in her hair.
