The Big Sister

Here's our little diva Rosemary on the deck. Today, she is exactly 2.5 years old.

Her favorite activities include: taking care of her dolls and babies, cooking with fake food and prancing around in Alina's heels, looking at herself in the mirror. Where did she get all these girly genes? Must be Auntie Em and Auntie Shannon...

Rosemary is a very considerate and caring child. "O-Tay, Mommy?" she asks to make sure Alina is okay.... "O-Tay, Eh-yet?" she checks with Elliott. When arriving home her first thoughts are always for Gretchen. -- "Where baby? Baby sleeping??" She recently learned how to make a joke. With a twinkle in her eye, she will giggle and call you by your wrong name, just to get a laugh.

Over the next six months we'll watch her finish the transformation from a our sweet "baby" into a sweet little girl. Meanwhile we will try to savor the last of her babyhood!
