The Princess and the Turkey

Our Thanksgiving weekend was all about the kids! Brenda and Bill arrived Weds night and stayed the entire weekend. Elliott and Rosemary had a blast playing with their grandparents.

Rosemary showed off her Princess dress. We need to teach her to twirl! Elliott discovered that he can delay bedtime by going to the bathroom. Each time he jumps out of bed, he still squeezes out more urine... yes, he went to the bathroom up to nine times in the course of an hour. We're still trying to figure out that one. Ha ha.

For the most part, we had sunny weather in the 50s. Together, we took a trip to the Arboretum and enjoyed the Children's Garden. We also spent a few hours at the Children's Museum. We packed plates of delicious leftover turkey, ham, potatoes and green beans and ate in the cafeteria. Our leftovers looked so good one of the other visitors asked "Where did you get those plates??!!"

Here's a photo of our table decked out for Thanksgiving.

Another fun Thanksgiving, filled with love and laughter.
