A Ridiculous Amount of Snow

There is a ridiculous amount of snow in our yard today!

After the blizzard stopped, the sun came out. Steve, Elliott and Rosemary headed out to shovel the driveway and explore the snow mounds. Elliott spent 2 hours and 45 min playing in the snow.



Our street was not plowed until very late at night. Steve measured 18" of snow sitting in the street. There is no way we could have driven anywhere, even if we wanted to.

The snow in the backyard is over 4 feet high. The depth is hard to see until you look along the fence line.

As the day went on, the temperature dropped down close to zero degrees. We are in for a cold, cold week and weekend.
