We joined Alina's friends from work, marching in the Pride Parade. This is our second year in a row marching as a family, supporting the LGBT community.
Steve dropped us off at the starting point, heading south near the ending point to find a parking spot.
This year's staging point was right next to a school with a fun playground. We enjoyed a picnic lunch of frozen grapes, tortilla ham sandwiches, popcorn and lots of water.
Nana was visiting so she joined us! What a great family memory. About 2/3 through the parade route, Nana didn't think she could continue. Then, "Celebration Time" came over the speakers which was her senior class song. Coincidence or providence...?
Gretchen spent most of the parade napping on Alina's back in the Beco while Nana pushed the stroller and Elliott zipped along on the Razor scooter (with help from Steve).
