Fun with Friends

Today, Alina met up with our friends Christine and Jeremy and their two kids. We all had fun hanging out at a kids play place at a mall. We even went out for lunch!

Elliott played and played. His favorites seemed to be the twirling (Padded) playground equipment.and the balloon room with big balloons blowing in the air. The girls stuck together most of the time, enjoying the bounce house, the water trampoline (think: water bed), and perching on a motorized see saw and carousel.  And, of course lots of potty breaks, which are still oh-so-exciting for our newest potty-trained member of the family.

Gretchen's been 100% potty trained since Christmas; she was our easiest and earliest potty learner. Today, after naptime, she used her little potty upstairs, leaving #2 and #1 -- no fuss, no demands for assistance. She proudly arrives downstairs after her nap "I pooped on the potty upstairs."

It's amazing to say this but... for the first time since October 17, 2006 -- we have NO ONE IN DIAPERS.
