Everyday Cuteness

Our "little people" (one of our many nicknames for the kids) do cute and adorable things every day. Well, at least they seem adorable and cute to us!

This morning, while Alina was getting ready for work, she noticed Elliott reading Rosemary the Goodnight Moon book. Rosemary had already brought the book to Alina who interupted the morning get-ready-for-work-rush to read it once to Rosemary. After that, she took the book to Elliott so he sat down to read it to her, too. Rosemary's favorite page is the one with the kittens.

Notice how Elliott is sitting on his small blankie which was spread out neatly, like a carpet square. This picture is a little bit of a reenactment since Alina had to run down the hall, grab the camera and run back. Initially the kids were sitting side-by-side. But the cuteness is still clearly evident!

Then later, during bathtime, Steve took Rosemary out of the tub so Alina stepped into the bathroom to help Elliott finish up.

Alina: "Are you cleaning up, Elliott?"

Elliott: "No, I'm working on a PROJECT".

Alina: "Really."

Elliott: "Yes, this is my project. I'm going to finish it then I will KNOCK IT ALL DOWN!"

Again, Alina ran and grabbed the camera which was only 4 feet away, leftover from the morning snapshot! It's a little bit hard to tell in this photo but Elliott has all the bath toys stacked on on the rail of the tub with the washclothes spread underneath as a base.
