Out of the Mouths of Babes

In the car this evening:

Elliott: (starting to cry) "Ow... ouch..."
Alina: (turning around) "What happened?"
Elliott: "Rosemary threw this at me" (holds up plastic sunglasses)
Alina: "Tell her to apologize. Explain throwing is not nice."
Elliott: "Rosemary, that was not nice. You need to say sorry."
Rosemary: (makes a loud raspberry/spitting noise)
Elliott (louder): "You need to say sorry!!"
Rosemary: "Not talking. Not talking."
Elliott: "WAAAH!"
Rosemary: "NOT talking."

At this point, Alina and Steve are cracking up like crazy! Seems like just yesterday we were arguing in the backseat. We wonder if our parents were chuckling at us back in those days??
