Alina visualized this patio for years, pretty much ever since we moved in this house 5 years ago. As we dismantled the old deck which used to be in this spot, many of our neighbors expressed surprise that we would favor a patio over a deck. After the concrete was in place and the neighbors stopped by for a peak we heard a lot of "Ooooh!" and "aaaah!!" as they saw how lovely the patio looked in our yard, opening up the whole backyard and creating a wonderful space. Can't wait for the spring to finish the landscaping and enjoy many breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks on our patio.
