Happy Halloween!

With Elliott's birthday party, pumpkin carving, Alina's work trick-or-treat, PLUS Halloween Day we had a very busy Halloween this year.

Finally, the actual day of trick-or-treat arrived. Alina and Steve rushed home from work to be home in time for the fun which starts around 4pm in our neighborhood. This is our first year with the kids already at home since we have our nanny; our nanny already had the kids fed and ready in their pre-costume outfits.

Steve dressed up like a dark sith and Alina dressed like a pirate. Elliott, Rosemary, and Gretchen as wolverine, puppy, and pumpkin, respectively.

Tried for a pose near the pumpkins.

"Who ate all the candy? Oh wait, I dumped it all on the sidewalk... That's because I am one and dumping things is how I roll."

Steve took all three kids around our street for neighbor trick-or-treating. Last year Gretchen was a little newborn so this year, she took the sidewalks with her siblings!

Later, Steve took Elliott up and down the bigger street for more candy while Alina stayed at home passing out more candy.

Any minute he wore this costume, Elliott moved like wolverine and posed like wolverine. Considering he's never even seen the movie... very impressive!

Later, the kids camped out by the door to wait for trick-or-treaters, with Gretchen cozy in her portable high chair. Another baby #3 trick!

It's easier to give a one-year-old candy when they can't smear chocolate all over the walls and floor. However, there is no way Gretchen would want to miss the action... hence, her seat right by the door.
